Chris
Rowlands is the author and chairman of the UK Government’s Rowlands
Growth Capital Review.
He began his career with Barclays Bank in 1973 and was a
director at 3i Investments plc until his retirement as managing
partner for Asia.
He's currently non-executive chairman and director of MSS Group
and an adviser to Hermes Private Equity.
