you have any questions about our criteria and your eligibility
please contact us.
- Download and print an application for loans up to £25,000 or
investment over
£25,000.
- Send us your completed and signed application.
- Please include supporting information with your
application.

Supporting information
We consider a number of factors when assessing your application,
so we need to see:
- A business plan detailing your business’ history and future
plans
- CVs for all business proprietors, directors and partners
- Audited accounts from the last three years
- Copies of bank statements from the last six months
- Projected balance sheet, P&L and cash flow for the next two
years
- Recent management accounts and aged debtor/creditor list (if
you have them)
- Certificate of Incorporation (if you have one)
